Remember, Portrs connects you with a real person who will buy your item and deliver it to your city. Unlike shipping and courier companies, our travelers need to be able to fit your item into their suitcase. Items that are particularly large, heavy or bulky may not receive delivery offers because it will be difficult to transport. You also should not order an item that is illegal in your country.

Delivery Time:

 

The time for delivery of item is agreed by the traveler and buyer. Once the payment is made, a counter will start based on agreed delivery time. If the delivery is not made within that period, you will be able to raise dispute/contact portrs and we will refund your amount after the due verification process.

Can I order more than one item in the same order?

Ordering multiple items in the same order is not possible. You can request up to 10 units of the same item within one order. If you are planning on creating several different orders, you can message the traveler who has sent you a delivery offer to let them know that you have more orders published on Portrs so they can make offers to deliver them too.

 

Portrs is the go-to way to shop for products that are not available in your country or are too expensive to buy locally. Many shoppers order items from the following online stores: Amazon, Walmart, Macy’s, Apple, Sephora, Nike, Best Buy, among others. 

Remember, the item you can request has to fit inside a normal-sized suitcase, take into account its size and weight as both of them are important. Check to make sure the item is not sold out and verify that the price is correct when you create your order.

If a product you want is not sold at an online store, you can still request it on Portrs! Create an order manually, enter all the details, such as the location of the store where it can be purchased and the price.
